1. Data We Collect

HexScan does not require accounts, API keys, or personal information. We do not collect names, emails, or wallet addresses from API callers.

2. Query Data

Each API call includes a token contract address and chain name. This data is used to fulfill the request and may be cached temporarily for performance. We do not store or sell query data.

3. Payment Data

Payments are processed via the x402 protocol on Base mainnet. Payment transactions are public on-chain. We do not collect or store private payment information.

4. Third-Party Data

Token security data is fetched from GoPlus Security API. GoPlus's privacy policy applies to their service. We do not pass any caller information to GoPlus.

5. Cookies

HexScan does not use cookies or tracking pixels.
